    Because many of our pieces are limited inventory boutique items, we are unable to process returns once an order has been placed.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    To report an issue, email info@glambratz.com with:

    • Clear photos of the item
    • A brief description of the issue

    If the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

    Items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

    Important

    Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.
