Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.
